I’m a broke college student. How should I propose like all epic in the romantic movies?

I’ve got maybe $1000 to spend so how can I propose like the most romantic way possible? The $1000 would be for traveling somewhere to propose or to hire people to perform or whatever, I don’t know whatever would be awesome. I already have an engagement ring. I need some romantic ideas that makes the Notebook look like some cheap sleazy motel hooker ha!

Where is a nice, relaxing place in the UK for me and my boyfriend to go for a romantic weekend break?

Im looking for a relaxing, romantic (not too much site seeing) 3/4 day break in the uk which has lovely views and is relaxing. We’re looking at going the end of may time.Can anyone reccomend any hotels/ b & b’s anywhere? Not too expensive either. Would love to hear anyones expiriences????
